I’ve joined the 6-week challenge, during which I’ve lost 38lbs, but more importantly I’ve continued my fitness journey after the challenge has concluded.
The changes are incredible, I have more energy to do anything, yes, even work. I feel more rested every morning. I’ve gotten used to my past self and it seemed to be normal, but I can’t believe that I was able to function. I feel much more comfortable in my own skin and I am more motivated to go out and spend time with my friends.
And I owe it to FP Fitness folks. I am in my 30’s and I’ve been in excellent shape before and have just let go recently. I’ve had the same attitude toward training for a while “why should I pay so much, when I was able to do it myself”. Well, I’ve had that same attitude for 10 years and I’ve seen no material improvements. When I started the fitness challenge the changes started with week 1. I received a nutrition assessment and guide (arguably the most important part for me), booked my classes and bought my supplements. FP trainers are super helpful with any questions you might have, they work around any injuries you have to make sure that you are able to continue.

Kiyan is the key to your fitness/lifestyle success! I joined a little more than 8 weeks ago on a 6-week intro. In this time I also joined a 6-week "Shredded by Halloween" challenge (which wraps up at the end of this week). I have learned how to properly structure my meals to make sure I'm feeling full and eating a healthy balance of Protein, Fat, and Carbs. I have been coached through wicked cravings (in the early weeks they hit hard) and through fun family events like thanksgiving and my wedding anniversary. The workouts are a challenge, but the small class size and knowledgeable trainers make them easy to get through. Actually, easy may be a stretch some days, but fitness is a journey! I'm so thankful I came across FP Fitness on Instagram and made the choice to change my lifestyle. As a father of 4 who has NOT made fitness a priority over the years, I definitely needed the support of the FP Fitness team! I am currently down ~20 pounds and everyone around me sees the changes to my body and my eating habits.
